Product returns & refund conditions:
NOTE: IN ORDER TIME PLEASE CAREFULLY SUBMIT YOUR PERFECT ADDRESS OR RUNNING PHONE NUMBER. IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED REASON OF THE WRONG ADDRESS AND PIN NUMBER MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. YOU CAN MAIL US FOR NOT DELIVERY PARCEL...WE WILL CHECKUP THE STATUS. IF WE ARE RECEIVED THE RETURN PARCL WE WILL SHIP IT AGAIN BUT AFTER PAYMENT RETURN THE SHIPPING COST AND RE-SHIPMENT COST.
Customers can seek a refund or replacement of a product under the following conditions:
1. If the customer has received a broken or defective product.
Note: Our Packing is Very Strong, So Not Possible to deliver damaged and defective product
2. If the product You Have Received is different from what was ordered
Note: It may be possible so you can return and we will refund you after receiving the returned product
In both cases, the customer can request a refund or replacement:
1. Customer will have to provide proof of receiving the product in such a state.
2. Refund: The customer shall raise the refund request within 72 hours of receiving the product and the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
