Return Policy

Product returns & refund conditions:

Customers can seek a refund or replacement of a product in the following conditions:

1. If the customer has received a broken or defective product.

Note: Our Packing is Very Strong, So Not Possible to deliver damage and defective product 

2. If the product You Have Receive is different from what was ordered 

Note: It may be possible so you can return and we will refund after receiving the returned product 

In both of the cases, the customer can request a refund or replacement:

1. Customer will have to provide proof of receiving the product in such a state.

2. Refund: The customer shall raise the refund request within 72 hours of receiving the product and the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
